AceShowbiz - Naomi Osaka and Cordae (YBN Cordae) have shared more details about her pregnancy. To announce the sex of their unborn baby, the professional tennis player and her beau shared a series of gend photos on Instagram.
On Friday, June 2, the pregnant athlete unleashed some pictures of herself standing in front of a sign that read, "A little princess is on the way." The expectant mom also included an image where in which her partner planted a kiss on her growing baby bump.
Cordae, for his part, re-shared Naomi's post on his Instagram Story. Alongside the snaps, the emcee simply wrote, "#GirlDad."
Naomi confirmed her pregnancy on January 11. At that time, she uploaded a photo of an ultrasound screen and captioned it, "Can't wait to get back on the court but here's a little life update for 2023."
Naomi also attached a lengthy note in her post that read, "The past few years have been interesting to say the least, but I find that it's the most challenging times in life that may be the most fun." It added, "These few months away from the sport has really given me a new love and appreciation for the game I've dedicated my life to."
"I realize that life is so short and I don't take any moments for granted, every day is a new blessing and adventure," she further wrote. "I know that I have so much to look forward to in the future, one thing I'm looking forward to is for my kid to watch one of my matches and tell someone, 'that's my mom,' haha."
The four-time Grand Slam singles champion then vowed to get back to tennis after welcoming her baby. "2023 will be a year that'll be full of lessons for me and I hope I'll see you guys in the start of the next one cause I'll be at Aus 2024. Love you all infinitely," she stated.
