On 'Watch What Happens Live', the Bravo executive criticizes the 'America's Got Talent' judge, who seemingly doesn't do his research before interviewing the 'Vanderpump Rules' star.

AceShowbiz - Andy Cohen wasn't impressed when finding out that Howie Mandel scored a surprising sit-down with Tom Sandoval. In the Tuesday, April 11 episode of "Watch What Happens Live", the Bravo executive criticized Howie, who didn't seem to do his research before conducting the interview.
"Tonight's Jackhole [of the Night] goes to the fact that Howie Mandel apparently didn't know what he was getting himself into with his interview of Tom Sandoval today," Andy said during his chat with "Saturday Night Live" alum Cecily Strong and "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Melissa Gorga. "Because it seems like maybe he didn't do his homework?"
The host then couldn't help but laugh after playing a clip from "Howie Mandel Does Stuff" podcast. The said video suggested that the "America's Got Talent" host appeared not to know even some of the core players in the affair drama involving Tom and his "Vanderpump Rules" co-stars Raquel Leviss and Ariana Madix.
"Now both Sandoval and Howie are being dragged on social media," Andy cheerfully added. "Howie, you have to be careful before you take a side. Bravo fans are very passionate."
Howie did land in hot water following the interview as fans thought that he was "justifying" Tom's treatment of Ariana as he said fans should have "empathy and compassion" for Tom. "Bowie [sic] has no idea who he is or anything about the show, shut and let your daughter do the interview," one critic said. Another fan wrote, "You should not be doing this interview! You don't know anything Howie!"

"not howie mandel saying sandoval didn't have a choice other than to cheat because his relationship was 'stale' and he had a 'beautiful young girl' in front of him... #pumprules."
