A 28-year-old man named Daniel Cardenas accuses the former professional skateboarder of invading his home in the middle of the night in March, waking him up from his sleep before making a death threat.

It looks like Bam Margera couldn't stop making trouble. A new report suggested he was hit with a temporary restraining order for allegedly threatening a man's life.
According to legal docs obtained by TMZ, a man named Daniel Cardenas accused Bam of invading his home in the middle of the night in March. The 28-year-old claimed Bam woke him up from his sleep before making a death threat.
"You have 12 hours to leave the house or I will kill you with my brass knuckles," the 43-year-old stun performer allegedly told the accuser.
Daniel said his roommate heard the alleged threat, prompting them to come to the room and forcing Bam to leave. However, the former professional skateboarder reportedly came back 90 minutes later and confronted him once again.
"You have 12 seconds to leave," Bam allegedly told Daniel while shoving a fist full of rings in the latter's face.
Daniel said he lives in Oceanside, California. He claimed Bam's current girlfriend, Jessica, and her 8-year-old daughter have been staying at his home after Bam was arrested for domestic violence.
The former "Jackass" star was taken into custody in early March after deputies were called to a home in Escondido, California for a domestic dispute. Jessica accused Bam of kicking her during an altercation between the two. He, however, was later released in after posting $50,000 bail.
Later that month, Bam was arrested for public intoxication after allegedly making a scene at a restaurant while dining out with his estranged wife Nikki Boyd and son Phoenix. In a video obtained by TMZ, he was seen launching into a tirade against his Nikki in front of their 5-year-old child.
