Michelle Mootreddy, who snuck into Pete's NYC home back in 2021 and claimed to have tied the knot with the comedian, is also reported to have been deemed 'unfit to stand trial.'

AceShowbiz - Pete Davidson's alleged stalker is deemed unfit to stand trial. A new report claimed that Michelle Mootreddy, who snuck into the comedian's NYC home back in 2021, has additionally been "placed in the custody of a psychiatric facility."

On Wednesday, April 5, the Staten Island District Attorney confirmed to TMZ that Michelle "will receive treatment and regular evaluations to determine whether or not she is able to return and participate in her defense."

Michelle was arrested back in March 2021 after she allegedly broke into the "Saturday Night Live" alum's Staten Island home. She was charged with burglary in the second and third degree, two misdemeanor counts of stalking, and two misdemeanor counts of criminal trespass and harassment.

Police sources claimed that she knocked on the door before his mom, Amy Waters Davidson, answered and told her to leave. However, Michelle was apparently determined as she snuck in through a side door. When police arrived, she told the authorities that she had "a telepathic love connection" with "The Suicide Squad" actor.

In addition to breaking into the house, Michelle was accused of barraging "The King of Staten Island" star with unwanted gifts and issuing a fake press release stating that she was married to the comic. Pete's attorney shut down the marriage claims, calling the news "completely false."

"Not a word of it is true," the lawyer told us in a statement. "Mr. Davidson has no idea who this person is. We are investigating and considering all legal and equitable remedies."

In addition to the charges, Michelle is ordered to stay away from Pete and his family.
