AceShowbiz - Drake decided to pause his performance during a recent concert because of a "distraction" from the crowd. It turned out a fan shot her shot with him while he was performing at h.wood group and Uncommon Entertainment's annual Homecoming Super Bowl party.

The 36-year-old superstar stopped in the middle of his set around 1 A.M. "Gimme a sec," he said to the audience, before grabbing the fan's phone. As he turned it to the crowd, there was a "Let's f**k" phrase on the screen.

Though he was flattered by the gesture, Drake declined the offer. The Canadian emcee then didn't waste more time to continue his show.

During his set, Drake told his fans, "I have one question for you, and I need you to answer me honestly. Tonight, they asked me to come up here and they asked me to do three songs, 20 minutes." He added, "I can either do my 20 minutes or we could just run through all the old s**t. It's up to you."

The "Her Loss" artist later performed a melody of his older songs. They include, "God's Plan", "Best I Ever Had". "Hold On, We're Going Home", "Started From the Bottom", "HYFR (Hell Ya F**cking Right)" and many more.

To wrap his show, Drake delivered a performance of "I Have Nothing" by Whitney Houston and gave a big shout-out to his pal Lil Wayne. "The greatest rapper in the world, by the way, he goes by the name of Lil Wayne, and he used to do this thing at the end of his show where he would play this song, and everybody would sing along," he exclaimed. "It was my favorite moment of the night every night."

"So this is how we're going to end the show tonight. I'd like to play this and dedicate this song to each and every one of you. I hope you have a great 2023," he continued. "My name is Drake, and I'll be here again to see you, I promise, but for now, let's sing together."
