AceShowbiz - Kathy Griffin may go too far with her joke about Prince Harry. On Sunday, December 11, the comedian made use of her Instagram account to share a video in which she reacted to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's Netflix docuseries "Harry & Meghan".

Kathy shared in the clip that she was "disappointed" to find out that the couple first met through Instagram. She said, "I thought this was going to be a great love story."

"I mean, have they not watched 'The Crown'? Remember Elizabeth, where she was in love with the horse guy her whole life, right? But then she couldn't have him," she continued, referencing to story about Queen Elizabeth II's rumored relationship with a horse trainer. "And then [Princess] Anne was in love with, like, the military guy. And I mean, Jesus, even Chuck and Camilla, for God's sake. But they met on Instagram."

Comparing the Duke of Sussex to embattled actor Armie Hammer, Kathy added, "Prince Harry's like Armie freaking Hammer. Yeah, what if Prince Harry is the new House of Hammer?" She went on to joke, "Prince Harry was just flipping through Instagram looking for another hot brunette, like every other guy in L.A. So I'm disappointed."

Armie is currently under investigation for allegedly raping an ex-lover. The "Call Me by Your Name" actor was also accused of abuse and cannibalistic behavior by multiple women. He has denied all allegations.

Back to Kathy, she also mocked Harry and Meghan's philanthropic endeavors in another video. "Acting like they can do so much good in the world, which is great and aspirational," the "Suddenly Susan" alum said, "but when's the last time a royal did anything that helped the world? That's all I'm saying."

The 41-year-old also noted that Meghan "kinda acts like she was never on 'Deal or No Deal' and when I say 'kinda acts like,' I mean they don't acknowledge it at all which is hilarious to me." She added, "That's a good gig if you're an actress, union, high-paying job."
