The middle-aged influencer, who also shares two sons with her ex-wife, reveals that they 'have been separated for over two years now' though their divorce was just finalized a couple of months ago.

AceShowbiz - Addison Rae's parents are now legally single. The TikTok star's father, Monty Lopez, confirmed in a new interview with Page Six that he finalized his divorce from Sheri Easterling "a couple of months ago."
"Our divorce is finalized. What I can do from here on out, I can move forward," the 46-year-old told the outlet in a joint interview with girlfriend Renee Ash. "In Louisiana, it's real easy, it's a lot different. You have to figure, we've been separated for over two years now."
"When you go in front of the court system over here and you say, 'Hey, we've been separated for over two years, we've been living apart for a year and and a half,' " he added. "We've done our due diligence."
Monty, who also shares two sons Enzo and Lucas with Sheri, claimed that they have found closure after their on-and-off relationship. "There's nothing else that needs to be done," he said. "We go in front of a judge, I sign it, she signs and then we're on to the next step."
Things are seemingly good between Renee and Monty. However, back in July, she claimed Monty told her his marriage to Sheri was over when it wasn't and that he and his wife had a "weird relationship" whereas theirs was different.
"Unfortunately, he misled me on his marriage, he lied to me," she told Page Six at that time. "He told me that we were going to be together and have babies together... He even introduced me to his mom, his youngest brother and I thought we had something real. He told me a story of his marriage that convinced me that they were apart and in the process of getting a divorce."
As for Addison, she was reportedly "mortified" by her parents' split. The "He's All That" actress also unfollowed both her parents following the affair scandal.
