AceShowbiz - Details about the alleged tension between Katie Maloney, her estranged husband Tom Schwartz and their "Vanderpump Rules" co-star Raquel Leviss have been unearthed. If a new report is to be believed, Tom was caught kissing Raquel this week.
According to Us Weekly, the two had a steamy makeout session at Scheana Shay's wedding to Brock Davies in Cancun on Tuesday, August 23. "Apparently there was some heavy drinking involved. They made out," a source revealed on Friday.
It was rumored that they didn't stop at just locking lips. The insider additionally spilled to the news outlet that they heard "through the grapevine" that "more happened" between the pair.
At Scheana and Brock's big day, both Tom and Raquel were part of the bridal party for the nuptials along with Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval. Former stars of the Bravo reality TV series such as Katie Doute, Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright were also among the guests. Katie, meanwhile, appeared to be absent at the ceremony despite being on vacation in Cancun with the rest of the Bravo stars.
It was previously reported that Raquel caused a tension between Katie and Tom. A source told E! News that Tom and Raquel are getting closer and Katie isn't exactly thrilled about it. Additionally, Tom and Raquel were going flirty with each other during the wedding.
Prior to this, Katie and Tom have managed to remain on good terms despite their divorce. The former spouses, who called it quits after being together for more than a decade, were even considering to celebrate their upcoming sixth wedding anniversary together.
Breaking the news of their divorce, Katie wrote on Instagram on March 15, "I never thought I would have to make an announcement like this. But I feel it's important that I'm open about my life with you. After 12 years on an adventure through our life together Tom and I are ending our marriage. This ending is not met with resentment or animosity, no sides to choose."
"We have deep admiration for one another that will always remain and we cherish our friendship," she added, "Although we may be on different paths we will continue to love and support on another's happiness."
Tom also confirmed the news in his own statement. Calling the divorce "sucks," he shared, "How am I supposed to capture 12 years of love in a f**kin canned Instagram caption." While he's "not quite ready to use the 'D' word bc it's too painful," he noted that he believed that he will "be ok."
