AceShowbiz - Jerrod Carmichael is a first-time Emmy nominee. The 35-year-old stand-up comedian earns two nominations, including Outstanding Guest Actor in a Comedy Series for "Saturday Night Live" and Outstanding Writing for a Variety Special for "Jerrod Carmichael: Rothaniel".
Jerrod recently opened up about sexuality during an interview with Howard Stern on the latter's radio show "The Howard Stern Show". At the time, the comic admitted to having a "God-sized wall" between him and his mother after he came out as gay.
