The 'Masked Singer' host recently made headlines after he was seen hosting what looked like a baby shower for his eighth child, whom he shares with model Bre Tiesi.

AceShowbiz - Nick Cannon is opening up about his celibacy journey after it was revealed that he's expecting his eighth child. The TV host addressed the matter in a conversation with Angela Yee.
"My therapist was one of the [people] who said that I should probably be celibate because I had shared that news, that Bre [Tiesi] was pregnant," Nick said in the Monday, January 31 episode of his talk show. "That was the reason why I started my celibacy journey back then. … I was [celibate] because I was dealing with [this]."
"The Masked Singer" host added, "I felt like my life was out of control. And honestly, the celibacy did help me through the journey of getting one with myself and dealing with this."
Despite admitting that having so many children is "a challenge," it doesn't mean that Nick doesn't want to have more kids. "I just want to have as many children as I can … provide for and be a good father too," the "Nick Cannon Presents: Wild N' Out" host said. "I want to be the best father that I could possibly be, but I’m not counting out ever having more children."
Nick made headlines on Sunday after he was seen hosting what looked like a baby shower for his eighth child, whom he shares with Bre.
In some pictures, the baby shower was decorated with pink and blue balloons. The soon-to-be mom looked stunning as she proudly showed off her growing baby bump in a tight, white strapless dress.
Nick, who was twinning with her in an all-white outfit, hugging and holding hands with each other. He was also snapped cradling Bre's belly while flashing a big smile. Another photo, meanwhile, featured the guests shooting off party poppers filled with blue confetti, which meant that the baby is a boy.
Nick is also father to twins Zillion and Zion, who were born in June 2021, and his daughter, Powerful, who was born in December 2020. He additionally shares twin children Moroccan and Monroe with Mariah Carey and 4-year-old son Golden with Brittany Bell.
