The 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' alum received a lot of help from her estranged husband while preparing for her hosting stint, and they reportedly 'kept making eyes at each other' during the taping.

AceShowbiz - Kim Kardashian and Kanye West keep their relationship close, but not that close enough to be romantically reunited. Despite what many believed as "hints" about their relationship during her "Saturday Night Live" hosting stint, the former pair are not back together.

Kim and Kanye have been showing constant support to each other since their split, with the latter recently helping his estranged wife prepare for her hosting gig on the NBC sketch series. However, a source tells Page Six that "nothing's changed" in the nature of their relationship.

"They are not back together," the so-called insider insists. "He is still her family, and they are friends. They've been working on their friendship for the kids, and continue to support each other. He'll always be her family, and they'll always support each other."

Kanye joined Kim in New York where she filmed the latest episode of the variety show, but they reportedly stayed at separate hotels "the entire week." It's reported that the reality TV star stayed at The Ritz-Carlton on Central Park South, while the rapper Kanye was at the Pendry Manhattan West.

Kanye did attend the "SNL" rehearsals and was reportedly present in the audience during the taping, during which she allegedly got flirty with him in between takes. "There were a lot of pleasantries shared during commercial breaks," a source told HollywoodLife.com. "She was smiling, waving and looking to see if all her family were laughing. Lots of miming and saying good job. She was getting lots of support."

Another eyewitness told Page Six that Kim and Kanye "kept making eyes at each other" throughout the night. "At one point, before the Kourt skit, Kim blew a kiss in his direction," so the source claimed.

However, the same outlet reported that Kanye dipped out right after Kim delivered her monologue and headed backstage. He also later opted out of attending Kim's "SNL" afterparty at Zero Bond, which was attended by her family members and friends, such as Kris Jenner, Khloe Kardashian, Jonathan Cheban, Scott Disick, Gayle King among others.
