The Yeezy designer appears to be uncooperative during a court-ordered deposition for a lawsuit by MyChannel, lashing out at the black-owned company's lawyer before walking off the virtual meeting.

AceShowbiz - Kanye West has once again shown his antics. The rapper is reported to have flipped out during a court-ordered deposition for a lawsuit by MyChannel earlier this week. He is accused of lashing out at the black-owned company's lawyer Michael Popok before terminating the meeting.

In court filings under seal which have been obtained by AllHipHop, MyChannel's lawyer described the not-so-ideal meeting that only lasted about 10 minutes. The attorney said Ye called him, who is white, "boy" at least 12 times during the heated deposition.

Michael said the 44-year-old refused to look at him and would not stop playing with his cell phone. He allegedly kept bragging about himself, referring to his own "mental genius-ness" while asking the lawyer if he was "f**king stupid" and refusing to answer any questions.

Michael claimed at one point Kanye told him that he was lucky to be deposing the "richest black man in America and a black Trump supporter and that he couldn't be bothered with the deposition because he had lives (and diets) to change."

Ye's disrespectful behavior continued as he put on a "full-face hood and head covering adorned with Jesus Christ's image which obscured his face and muffled his voice." He reportedly refused to remove the Jesus Christ mask, claiming the legal team did not have the right to see his face.

Michael said Kanye was even bragging about how good he was doing obstructing the deposition, and his lawyers refused to do anything about his behavior. One of his lawyers allegedly played down his client's antics as "some crazy s**t."

"West's bad faith efforts to sabotage the deposition will be viewed by the Court as one of the most outrageous and inappropriate deposition performances it has observed as well," one of MyChannel's lawyers, Ben J. Meiselas, said of Kanye's behavior, noting that the deposition was recorded.

MyChannel had been fighting to get Kanye into court for an in-person deposition, but a judge allowed the Yeezy designer to be quizzed virtually because of COVID-19. However, following his antics during the virtual deposition, MyChannel's lawyers have filed an emergency motion to haul the Atlanta native into court for a face-to-face deposition in July. MyChannel is hoping to sanction Kanye for $63,000 for his actions.
