The reality TV star, who shares three kids with Kourtney, reveals that he finally comes to terms that he and Kourtney would never be back together no matter how much others want it to happen.

AceShowbiz - Scott Disick and Kourtney Kardashian had a heart-to-heart conversation in the finale of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" which aired on Thursday, June 10. In the final episode of the long-running E! show, the exes, who share three kids together, talked about the future of their relationship and whether or not they might be getting back together since breaking up in 2015.

During the heartfelt talk, Kourtney admitted that Scott has been making so many improvements in his life. However, Kourtney noted that Scott still hasn't done what she wants, which is being consistent. "I'm not going to be made to feel guilty when the things that I've asked of you haven't been done," she said after recalling how her family tried to convince her that she should get back together with Scott.

As for Scott, he understood Kourtney's frustration. "I guess the truth is, deep down, I like to hear them say, 'We want you to be with our sister, too,' " he admitted. "And I need to be more honest with them."

In a confessional, Scott revealed that he finally came to terms that he and Kourtney would never be back together no matter how much others want it to happen. "I think it's a lot of pressure when the whole family wants us back together," the "Flip It Like Disick" star said. "Kourtney needs certain things from me that I haven't been able to provide for her, and I think, maybe, we both have to realizeā€¦.maybe we won't be together and we need to move on completely."

Scott, however, seemed to be okay with that and just grateful for what they have right now. "The fact that we have what we have is amazing and I just want to be thankful for that instead of always thinking there's more," he went on to say. "I mean, we love each other, we trust each other, we care about each other, we have kids together, and our kids are happy. Things are going by okay. So, for right now, this is where our lives are and it's very, very good."

The exes are indeed now happily moving on while co-parenting their child, Penelope, Mason and Reign, amicably. Scott is currently dating Amelia Hamlin, the daughter of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Lisa Rinna. Meanwhile, Kourtney is dating Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker.
