A company named Cavalry SPV reportedly files a writ of execution against the former 'Beverly Hills, 90210' star in Los Angeles Superior Court over her unpaid bills.

AceShowbiz - Tori Spelling might be having a financial problem right now. The "Beverly Hills, 90210" alum, who has been rumored to have split from husband Dean McDermott, reportedly failed to pay $6,394.30 credit card debt.
Since the 48-year-old ran away from her responsibility, a debt collection company named Cavalry SPV allegedly filed a writ of execution against her in Los Angeles Superior Court. According to Radar, the company previously sued the actress over her unpaid bills.
Since Tori blew off the lawsuit for months, she was slapped with a default judgment in the amount of $5,043.32 in June 2019. However, she once again blew off paying the judgement. Thus, she was required to pay an additional amount of $1,150.98. The company is now requesting the court to attach a lien to her properties.
The news came amid Tori's alleged marriage problems with Dean. On Sunday, June 6, she was spotted enjoying a marathon set of salon sessions in Los Angeles' San Fernando Valley with her son Beau. However, she was seen without her wedding ring.
On the next day, she shared a cryptic note on Instagram Story that read, "Don't let someone change who you are, to become what they need." She further fueled the split speculations after fans noticed that she removed the word "wife" from her Instagram bio, leaving it to say, "Actress/Mother/Writer/DIYer."
That aside, Tori had something to celebrate recently. As her daughter Stella Doreen turned 13 on Wednesday, June 9, the mother of five offered a heartfelt tribute to the birthday girl. Sharing several snaps of her kid, she raved, "My baby girl is 13 today. Where does the time go? This fierce lady came into this world screaming and had me wrapped around her finger from jump."
"She's so supremely powerful yet such a sensitive soul. She's a multi threat. She truly does it all. She's never been afraid to push the envelope style wise. I wish I had her confidence and bravery," she added. "I hold her hand to love and support but the truth is this young woman is holding my hand to support me!"
"She is selfless and fearless. I love every essence of your being Buggy! My best friend! I am and will always be your biggest fan," the TV personality concluded. "My beautiful ladybug, Happy Birthday!"
