The mixed martial arts star, who lost his last four fights, is set to step into the ring and take on the unbeaten YouTube star-turned-boxer on August 28.

AceShowbiz - YouTube star-turned-boxer Jake Paul has lined up his next fight against mixed martial arts star Tyron Woodley.

The former UFC star, who lost his last four fights, will step into the ring to take on unbeaten Paul on August 28.

The YouTuber is 3-0 in his professional boxing career after a knockout win over another former MMA fighter, Ben Askren.

Woodley presents a big challenge for Jake as he's a two-time All-American wrestler and former UFC welterweight champion, and he's convinced he can beat Jake.

"Easiest fight of my career and biggest purse of my career all in one night," he told ESPN of the upcoming bout. "Basically, they brought me in to take out the trash. Can't wait to shut this b**ch up. This is getting done for the culture, the whole MMA/boxing community, to rid this guy of combat sports."

Woodley also bragged about knocking down Paul on Tuesday, June 1. During an Instagram Live session, he stated, "You will visualize Jake Paul getting his head knocked smooth off his neck." He added, "Sometimes you talk yourself into a situation that you can't back yourself out of ... my mom used to say, 'Your mouth wrote a check that your a** can't cash.' That's exactly what happened."

"Now, you got a motherf***er that's going to fight you like you ain't never been fought before. Ain't no sparring you can do to motherf***ing get ready for it," Woodley went on to warn Paul. "Ain't no meditation. Ain't no kumbaya. Ain't no mama say, mama sa mama coosa. Ain't s** you can do. You getting your a* beat. I'm pumped up about it."

Meanwhile, Paul's brother Logan has an upcoming fight night with former undefeated boxing champion Floyd Mayweather, Jr..
