AceShowbiz - Gigi Hadid has taken a look back at her maternity memories. When reflecting on her pregnancy days, the girlfriend of Zayn Malik shared a set of never-before-seen throwback photos in which she showed off her bare baby bump.
Making use of Instagram on Thursday, May 27, the 26-year-old beauty uploaded the polaroid snaps which was taken one year ago when she was pregnant with her first daughter Khai. In the images, she could be seen striking poses that put her growing belly on full display.
The supermodel wore a striped oversized button-down over a black bra. She paired the shirt with what appeared to be a silk pair of white shorts. In the caption of the sweet post, she simply wrote, "This week, last year."
Gigi's post has since been flooded with loving messages from her family and famous friends. Her younger sister Bella Hadid wrote in the comment section, "by YER sister [love] babunuuushiiiiiiiii." Meanwhile, her older sister Alana Hadid simply commented, "My girls," and her dad Mohammed Hadid chimed in by writing, "UM-KHAI."
Pop singer Dua Lipa, who is dating the model's brother Anwar Hadid, did not miss out on sharing her thought. She wrote, "Khai's mamaaaa [love]." Additionally, "Queer Eye" star Tan France penned a message that read, "Love. So much love!" Model Irina Shayk, on the other hand, simply left some red love emojis.
Gigi's throwback post came almost three weeks after she celebrated her first Mother's Day. In commemoration of the special occasion, she offered never-before-seen photos of Khai, whom she shares with boyfriend Zayn, on social media. One of the pictures displayed her baby girl in a cute orange pumpkin hat. Another one showed the new mom sleeping nose to nose with the little girl.
In the caption of the post, the supermodel wrote a loving caption, "The rumors are true: my best friend, purpose, muse, greatest pride & joy!" She continued to gush over her baby daughter by adding, "I feel so lucky and inspired bein your mama, my Khai !! An old soul full of sunshine, you light up everyone's days! Thank you thank you thank you [love]."
