AceShowbiz - Lady GaGa has sent the Internet into a frenzy with her recent steamy post. After treating her social media followers to some pictures of her wearing a tie-dye thong bikini, the "Poker Face" hitmaker was showered with love by her fans.

The 35-year-old star shared the photos in question on Instagram on Wednesday, May 26. The images saw her soaking up some sun as she put a wine glass near her foot. She captioned the sultry snaps with a simple mermaid emoji.

GaGa has since garnered compliments from many. One person in particular exclaimed, "OMG QUEEN!!!! YOU'RE GORGEOUS." Another quipped, "Lady Gaga serving cake and it's not even my birthday." A third chimed in, "Queen of cake. We love to see it mama."

GaGa's post came just a few days after she received special tributes from the city of West Hollywood to mark the 10th anniversary of "Born This Way". West Hollywood Mayor Lindsey P. Horvath declared May 23 "Born This Way Day" and she also unveiled a street painting featuring the album and the song's title as a pride flag on Robertson Boulevard. Additionally, the singer was awarded with a key to the city.

The "House of Gucci" actress then expressed her gratitude by giving a speech in a ceremony. "Thank you for this key," she raved. "You've been the motherf**king key to my heart for the long time. I'll honour this, I'll cherish this and I promise that I'll always be here for this day. To be here for this day, to celebrate with you, to feel joy with you, to cry with you, to laugh with you."

On Thursday, May 27, GaGa announced a special tenth anniversary edition of "Born This Way". Making use of Instagram, she declared, "Introducing Born This Way The Tenth Anniversary, a special edition of the album in new packaging that will be available on June 18!"

"In addition to the album's 14 original songs, #TheTenthAnniversary edition will also include a second disc of reimagined versions of #BornThisWay songs by incredible artists who both represent and advocate for the LGBTQIA+ community," she added. "The first reimagined track, #Judas by the one and only [Big Freedia], is out now! "
