The 'Stronger' MC, who wed the SKIMS founder in 2014, reportedly does not stay at the house even when he visits their four children, North, Saint, Chicago and Psalm, in Los Angeles.

AceShowbiz - Kanye West will no longer live at the home that he once shared with estranged wife Kim Kardashian. Just days after it was revealed that the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star was likely to keep their Hidden Hills, California mansion, the "Stronger" spitter was reported to be "100 percent out" of the house.

"Kanye is 100% out of the house and not staying there even when he comes to visit the kids," a source spilled on the matter to HollywoodLife.com. "He doesn't need anything there anymore. When he's been in LA, he's been staying with music producer friends."

The source further noted that Kanye's estranged wife, Kim, "has been doing a lot of reorganizing and redecorating of their home." The insider added, "It's turned into a warehouse of all of her brands now with the extra space. She wasted no time once all of Kanye's things were out."

"Things haven't changed really because Kanye hasn't been in the LA home for so long, but she's utilizing all of the extra space and making it a new home," the insider went on detailing. "She's having fun with it. She loves the home and never had plans to leave it."

Kim filed for divorce from Kanye on February 19. She is seeking joint legal and physical custody of their four children, 7-year-old North, 5-year-old Saint, 3-year-old Chicago and 1-year-old Psalm. Following her divorce filing, the SKIMS founder was said to be "the main caretaker for these children and has been having them primarily, but Kanye does FaceTime with them often."

Earlier in March, the daughter of Kris Jenner was unveiled to likely win their $60 million property in the divorce. A source told Us Weekly, "She has made her life there and it's her kids' main home. There was never a question - [She] was going to keep the home."

Kim might walk away with the house because she and her estranged husband have raised their four kids there. TMZ additionally reported that most of her families live within a block of her property in the same community, whereas the MC did not have any real ties to the area.
