Iqbal Theba, Dot Jones, and Brad Ellis are seen paying tribute to the late actress at the memorial set up at the Lake Piru where her body was recently recovered.

AceShowbiz - Former "Glee" stars Iqbal Theba and Dot Jones paid a visit to the Naya Rivera memorial that has been set up at Lake Piru.

The actress was found dead in the waters of the lake in Ventura County, California, on 13 July (20) - five days after she went missing during a boating trip with her four-year-old son Josey, who was found asleep on the boat without his mum.

A memorial has been set up by the cove where the body of the actress was discovered, with Theba, who played Principal Figgins on the Fox series, and Coach Beiste actress Dot Jones both attending the site.

Theba posted a video of the memorial on his Twitter account, showing the pair, along with Brad Ellis, who played the glee club's pianist Brad, paying their respects.

He wrote, "Went to see her with my friends @dotmariejones & @BradEllisPiano," along with the stars name surrounded by red heart emojis.

Dot recently opened up on her experience of attending the lake with cast members from the show before the body was recovered, and emotionally shared her belief that the late Cory Monteith, who played Finn Hudson in Glee, helped with the recovery mission - which took place on the seventh anniversary of his death.

"The kids being there, and all of us praying and talking, and I know Cory (Monteith) had something to do with it," she shared. "He had to because, God bless, they found her on the seventh anniversary of Cory's death, which is unfathomable."

Rivera's fans are organising a candlelight vigil for the late actress on the banks of the lake that claimed her life. The gathering is slated for 1 August.
