The 'Jesus Is King' rhymer is reportedly planning to build a huge house on his lakeside ranch following rumors that he will relocate his factory to Wyoming.

AceShowbiz - Kanye West has reportedly been given permission to start work on a huge new home on his lakeside Wyoming ranch.

According to building and zone permits filed in Cody, Wyoming, and obtained by TMZ.com, officials have signed off on plans for a 10-bedroom, 52,000 square foot (4,830 square metre) mansion - replacing an existing set of cabins by his lake.

The gossip site reports that the paperwork states Kanye plans to build a single-family residence for himself, wife Kim Kardashian and their four children, as well as two 10,000 square foot (929 square metre) underground garages - which have also been given the go ahead.

The hip-hop superstar also states that he plans to construct two new additional lake houses, but needs two wastewater permits.

Although the couple have not confirmed whether they are relocating to Wyoming from their current base in California permanently, Kim has hinted they could make it a semi-permanent home.

"We love Wyoming. It's always been such an amazing place," she told U.S. late night host Jimmy Fallon last year (19). "My husband did just buy a ranch there. His dream and his vision is to move there. I love LA, so I envision summers, I envision some weekends but yeah, we love it. It's like the prettiest place you've ever seen in your entire life."

Kanye also announced he is planning to run for president - meaning a move to The White House in Washington D.C. would be necessary, should his longshot bid prove successful this year or in the future.
