According to a source who claims to be working in the lighting department on 'Red Table Talk', the actor doesn't want to divorce his actress wife because that will signal failure.

AceShowbiz - Is Will and Jada Pinkett Smith's marriage not as peaceful as it looks? The couple has always showed a united front whenever they're in public, but in the wake of the recent drama surrounding their marriage, a source has claimed that their relationship is apparently a disaster.

The source, who claims to be a lighting staff on Jada's "Red Table Talk" show, said on Thursday, July 2, "Will Smith is obsessed with success. I think, to him, divorcing Jada would signal failure, but those two really need a divorce." Referring to their open marriage, the insider added, "Openness aside, their relationship is a disaster."

Someone who also claimed to be a staff member of the Facebook show then backed up the allegation by saying, "I'm a dp on the show. Everything she's saying is 100% factual."

Neither Will nor Jada has responded to this.

Jada and Will's marriage recently became a huge topic on the Internet ever since August Aislina claimed that he and the "Girls Trip" actress used to be dating in the past while she is still married to her actor husband. In an interview with Angela Yee, the 27-year-old star said that the "Bad Boys for Life" actor gave them his blessing and that he devoted his life to their relationship before they eventually called it quits.

However, both reps for Will and Jada denied his claim and most recently, the "Gotham" alum took to her social media account to break her silence. She did not directly mention the drama surrounding herself, but she hinted that she'd talk about it on her show. "There's some healings that need to happen… so I'm bringing myself to The Red Table," so she said.

Will and Jada have been married for more than 20 years. They share two children, Jaden Smith and Willow Smith, together.
