The one-half of the Miami rap duo gushes about her 'humble, quiet and uplifting' ex Jai Wiggins and says, 'you didn't deserve this,' while her groupmate JT sends uplifting messages to her friend.

AceShowbiz - Yung Miami has broken her silence a week after it was reported that her ex-boyfriend and baby daddy Jai Wiggins was involved in a shooting. The father of the City Girls star's son Jai Wiggins Jr. was injured during the incident which took place last weekend.

The rapper, whose real name is Careesha Romeka Brownlee, didn't immediately respond to the news at the time, but now she has addressed it on her Instagram post. Sharing photos of her ex-boyfriend, including one that saw him playing with their son, she wrote in the caption, "Babies 1st words are DADA & that's what you are a FATHER to Jai."

"You & Jai is peanut butter & jelly always together one thing about you, you don't play about your son! So humble, quiet & uplifting," she went on gushing about Jai, before addressing the shooting, "I hate this happen to you Jai you didn't deserve this! Jai need you."

Meanwhile, Yung's groupmate JT a.k.a. Jatavia Johnson, has sent uplifting messages to her friend on Twitter. "Yung is in fact the strongest person I know, s**t so sad she even have to go through certain s**t. I love & respect her so much more every day!" she wrote on her account.

"Caresha don't deserve this s**t," she added, "my baby haven't really caught a break in years always being forced to be strong .... God send her a miracle her heart so broken & mine is too." She wrote in another tweet, "Life just isn't fair, help me understand." She also sent her love for Jai, writing, "We love you Jai. … It was not jai time."

Details about the shooting that involved Jai are scarce, but due to Yung's silence on the matter at the time, many soon jumped to conclusions that she was involved in the shooting and set him up. The exes have had history of bad relationship and allegedly broke up in June 2015 due to his violent behavior. She also once claimed that he harassed, stalked her and even threatened to snatch her hair extensions out of her head.

Meanwhile, Jai's sister, who goes by @juicydelise on Instagram, has been flooding her page with posts about Jai. In her latest post, she shared a throwback group photo with Jai at what looked like a party.

She hinted that Jai has not regained his consciousness in the hospital as she wrote in the caption, "We rather be with right you now‼️ please come to me and tell what happened to you and who did it nunu."
