Young Thug Claims Responsibility for Shooting During Gunna's Video Filming

The YSL Records founder tries to stop speculation about who initiated the gunfire, but people aren't convinced that the 'Stoner' rapper was behind the shooting.

AceShowbiz - Young Thug has spoken up after gunshot broke on the set of Gunna's music video filming with Lil Keed. As fans have been showing concern over the two rappers involved in the shooting, Thugger claims responsibility for the incident.

"Anytime you see like shoot-outs and shootings or anything and we involved in it, no, we the ones that did it," he said in a short video posted on Instagram. He seemed to try to stop the speculation about who was behind the gunfire, but people are not convinced that he would harm Gunna and Keed, who are both signed to his YSL Records label.

Moreover, the stars and crew were seen scrambling and running to safety when the gunfire broke as captured in an Instagram video. So, it's unlikely that the shooting was planned.

"So is Thug saying he shot up his son set," a skeptical user responded to Thug's claim. Another doubted him, "If that's the case why speak on it." A third user pointed out, "Gunna just stood there he ain't even run right away."

In a previous video, gunshot was heard while Gunna and Keed were filming a music video for their collaboration in their hometown of Atlanta on Monday, June 8. The two rappers, however, are fine as shortly afterward Keed took to the photo-sharing site of offer fans a look at his music video shoot with Gunna.

Gunna, meanwhile, seemed to debunk the report as he shared a cryptic post, telling people to not believe the "cap."

Not letting it slide, 6ix9ine trolled Gunna over the shooting. He commented on the video of the shooting posted on DJ Akademiks' account, "This happen after the crime stoppers video?"
