Two years after suing the 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians' stars for interfering with her show, the 'Rob and Chyna' alum claims that NBC deprived her of fair treatment because she is black.

AceShowbiz - The Kardashian clan is not staying quiet over new racism allegations Blac Chyna made against NBCUniversal. Through their lawyer, the "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" stars responded to the "Rob & Chyna" alum's latest claims about the real reason why her show did not get a second season renewal, slamming her for taking advantage of Black Lives Matter movement.

"This is a 2 year old lawsuit in which Chyna has changed her defense more times than we can count," attorney Marty Singer said in a statement to the press. "Sadly, unsurprising to anyone, she has stooped to a new low, changing her defense to try to leverage the emotions and pain of the moment, insulting the pain and suffering of real victims of racial injustice and systemic racism."

Having called out Chyna for making use of the country's current turmoil, Singer added in his statement, "We take these allegations very seriously." He went on to stress, "Once again, there is no Rob & Chyna show if there is no Rob & Chyna."

The ex-girlfriend of Rob Kardashian made the new allegations against NBCU, which owns E! where her show was aired, on the heels of Gabrielle Union's discrimination complaint filing against the network. Her attorney Lynne Ciani told PageSix, "No one at NBCUniversal ever informed Chyna that Kris Jenner had secretly accused her of severely beating Rob."

"Next, without Chyna's knowledge, Kris Jenner and three of her daughters (Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, and Kylie Jenner) were able to convince E! executives that they needed to convene an emergency meeting to discuss the cancellation of season 2 of 'Rob & Chyna' based on the false accusation that Chyna had severely beaten Rob," Ciani continued with the allegations.

Insisting that Chyna was "never invited to the emergency meeting," Ciani further suggested that the matter will be handled differently "had Chyna been a white reality TV star, rather than the ‘unicorn’ black reality TV star." The lawyer added that Jenner's "false accusation would have been quickly investigated by E! and NBCUniversal and proven false."

Chyna initially filed a lawsuit against the entire Kardashian family, including Kourtney Kardashian and Kendall Jenner after they accused her of assault, battery, "slut-shaming" on social media. In her complaint filed in 2017, she claimed that the family used their "power and influence" to try to kill her career in television.
