Ashleigh Murray hit back at troll branding her as a diva.

Both Morgan and Murray were responding to a scathing post by a Twitter user that has since been deleted. It read, "The pussycats were written off because @iamamurray is a known diva and didn't wait to share the screen with other talented women even on Katy Keene she barely shares scenes with other women because she's a diva."

Murray is known for her portrayal of singer-songwriter Josie McCoy in the first three seasons of "Riverdale". In May 2019, her departure from the show was confirmed after its spin-off, "Katy Keene", got picked up by the CW, and she is set to reprise her role as a co-lead alongside Lucy Hale who takes on the title role.

Hours before standing by Murray, Morgan has voiced her frustration over the unfair treatment of black people. Showing support for the Black Lives Matter movement, she posted a memo on Twitter that read, "Tired of how black people are portrayed in Media, tired of us being portrayed as thugs, dangerous or angry scary people."
