In an excerpt of new book 'A Convenient Death: The Mysterious Demise of Jeffrey Epstein', the former president is alleged to have engaged in romps with the British-born socialite during trips overseas with Epstein.

AceShowbiz - Bill Clinton is hit with another alleged cheating scandal. According to new book "A Convenient Death: The Mysterious Demise of Jeffrey Epstein" by Alana Goodman and Daniel Halper, the 42nd president of the United States had an affair with Ghislaine Maxwell, who was from Jeffrey Epstein's circle.

In an excerpt of the book, which is scheduled to be released on June 2, the former president is alleged to have engaged in romps with the British socialite, who is accused of helping recruit underage victims for convicted sex offender Epstein, during their trips overseas on the late financier's private plane.

Despite Epstein's history of preying on underage victims, it's noted that Maxwell was well over the age of consent during her alleged affair with Clinton. "[Bill] and Ghislaine were getting it on," a source who witnessed the relationship said in an interview. "That's why he was around Epstein-to be with her." The source added, "Clinton just used him like everything else."

Clinton's relationship with Maxwell allegedly was not confined to overseas events. The former president reportedly visited Maxwell's own private townhome at 116 East Sixty-fifth Street in New York City and the two were said to have been spotted dining together at the Madison Avenue Italian mainstay Nello.

Maxwell also attended the Clinton Global Initiative and Clinton Foundation in September 2009, where she was served with court papers about her participation in Epstein's sexual misconduct.

Responding to the claims in the book, Clinton has acknowledged taking a "total of four trips" on Epstein's plane, but has said he was completely unaware of the "terrible crimes" committed by the financier, who died in his jail cell on August 10, 2019 in what was ruled as suicide by hanging.

His spokesman Angel Urena, however, debunked the affair allegation, "It's a total lie today, it's a total lie tomorrow, and it'll be a total lie years from now." Maxwell has not responded to request for comment on the matter.
