In his countersuit, Rozay cites Briana Camille's alleged 'erratic' behavior in addition to accusing her of keeping their kids, Berkeley and Billion, from him and refusing to returning his car.

AceShowbiz - Rick Ross and his baby mama's legal battle is getting ugly. After Briana Camille slapped him with lawsuit for failing to give her child support and being reluctant to take DNA test, now the rapper is suing Briana for joint custody of their two children.

According to Bossip, Rick claimed that Briana dragged their case out. Additionally, he accused her of keeping their kids, Berkeley and Billion, from him and refusing to return a company car that Rick gave to her.

Rozay also sought for joint custody of their two kids as he mentioned Briana's alleged "erratic" behavior. "Defendant asserts that he will not be able to exercise parenting time with the minor children without the intervention of the court to ensure that parenting time is granted," claimed Rick's lawyers.

Prior to countersuing, Rick was slammed for trolling Briana after DNA test proved that he's really the father of Berkeley and Billion. He poked fun at the news, joking as if he's the one chasing his baby mama to take the DNA test. "I can't believe Fat Girl took the blood test, damn, they said she damn near fell running away from them people when they came to make her take the blood test," he said in a short clip posted on Monday, May 18.

He added in the video, "She took it, and I's the daddy, and I's the papi." The Boss wrote over the video, "Took it months after you request," and called Briana his "surrogate" in the caption as writing, "Eyez dat baby papi!! My surrogate always delivers!!! Big Thank you #Fatgirl."

Rozay's video quickly garnered reactions from his followers, with many calling him out for disrespecting his baby mama. "Wow.... total disrespect," one user commented on the post. Another also slammed him, "Never disrespect the mother of your child(ren)! This is low."
