AceShowbiz - Katy Perry is to headline the historic launch of tech mogul Elon Musk's Space X mission, which will be broadcast live across the globe next week, May 27, 2020.
The entrepreneur and his team are set to enter a new era of space exploration and the blast-off will feature as part of a Discovery and Science Channel special. The TV event will offer insights into the astronauts who will man SpaceX's Falcon 9 rocket and Crew Dragon Capsule on the first U.S. space mission in almost a decade.
The TV special will feature appearances from Katy Perry, "Mythbusters" host Adam Savage, and NASA astronaut Mark Rober.
"Space Launch Live: America Returns to Space" will air live at 2 P.M. ET from the Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral, Florida.
