Little Archie looks adorable as he sits on his mom's lap and listens to her while she's reading one of his favorite books and dad Harry is filming the duo.

AceShowbiz - Britain's Prince Harry filmed Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex, reading to their son Archie to mark his first birthday on Wednesday, May 6, 2020.

The trio are currently in Los Angeles, where they relocated after stepping down as senior members of the royal family. But in celebration of Archie's big day, a video of Meghan reading one of Archie's favourite books to him - "Duck! Rabbit!" - was posted on the Save the Children Instagram page.

The clip concluded with a plea from Save the Children for donations and was shared on their page with a link to their fundraising site.

It's the first time the public has been treated to a glimpse of Archie since New Year's Eve December 31, 2019, when the couple shared a snap of themselves with Archie to ring in 2020.

And despite the fact Meghan and Harry are no longer in England, the British royal family were quick to celebrate Archie's birthday on social media as well.

Queen Elizabeth's team posted a picture of the monarch and her husband Philip, the Duke of Edinburgh, with Archie, Harry, Meghan, and Meghan's mother Doria Ragland on the Royal Family Twitter page.

"Happy Birthday to Archie Mountbatten-Windsor who is celebrating his 1st birthday today!" the caption to the picture read. "Archie is The Queen’s eighth great-grandchild."

Meanwhile, Harry's father Prince Charles posted on his and wife Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall's, Clarence House Twitter page, writing alongside it, "A very Happy Birthday to Archie, who turns one today. This photo of Archie and his grandfather was taken following his christening in July 2019."

And Prince William and his wife Catherine, the Duchess of Cambridge, tweeted an official portrait of themselves with Harry, Meghan and Archie at the tot's christening on their Kensington Palace account, captioning it, "Wishing Archie a very happy first birthday today!"
