The 'Zeze' rapper, who is serving nearly four-year jail time in max penitentiary Big Sandy, Kentucky for federal weapons charges, is said to have been struck in the head using metal object while in cuffs.

AceShowbiz - Kodak Black's team is seeking justice for alleged prison abuse of the rapper. On Sunday, May 3, representatives for the "Zeze" rapper came out with an accusation that guards at the maximum penitentiary Big Sandy in Kentucky have badly beaten the MC who was handcuffed, prompting his lawyer to call the treatment a "true injustice."

Through Instagram, attorney Bradford Cohen issued a statement of action. "I have requested that Big Sandy preserve all video and conduct a full investigation," he assured. "I have also reached out to DOJ, as I feel that a 3rd party investigation needs to take place immediately. There are recordings of the witnesses that called and stated what happened to Bill."

The lawyer went on to say, "A 22 year old man serving approx 2 years more for a non violent crim is in a max pen. 1100 miles from his family and lawyers. This is true injustice." He added, "Not to mention when he was under the influence of an unknown substance during the incident in Miami 2 weeks before his sentencing on the paperwork case."

On the alleged beating itself, Kodak's team offered details of the incident via social media posts. "We just heard from fellow inmates at Max. Penitentiary Big Sandy KY. In regards to @kodakblack treatment," they began. "He couldn't call himself as he is not allowed phone or visitation for 6 months as punishment for the incident in Miami, even though that has been the case since September, they refuse to give him credit for that time."

"Friday night [May 1] he was badly beaten while in cuffs, by 7 guards at Big Sandy KY," they continued sharing. "They struck him in the head repeatedly with a metal object, Then after one of the guards flicked his genitals and said 'you're not so gangster now, you're gonna need bigger balls to survive'. We have notified his counsel @lawronin and he advised he will be asking for a full investigation by @thejusticedept and the FBI."

This was not the first time Kodak reportedly received unfair treatment behind bars. Back in December 2019, the "Tunnel Vision" rhymer claimed to have ended up in a wheelchair after getting beaten like a dog months earlier.

"I was beaten so brutally that I had to be taken to the Box in a wheelchair," the Florida rapper dished at the time. "I have been here for 45 days without commissary, hygiene stressed out and on psych meds. Having to mourn the loss of my brother Juice Wrld behind the doors."

"They were grabbing and beating me while I was under the influence of this unknown substance that mysteriously hasn't popped up in my Urine analysis and mysteriously the inmate I was fighting with went home the next day," he continued. "I was oblivious to who was punching and grabbing me repeatedly in the face."

Kodak was sentenced to 46 months in prison with three years on supervised release after reaching a plea deal with prosecutors in November 2019 for falsifying information on federal forms to purchase three firearms. The sentencing came months after he got arrested before he got to perform at the Rolling Loud music festival in Miami. He was slapped with another 12-month prison sentence in March 2020 for gun charges.
