The two are reminiscing about the days when they were starring in the 2000 dramedy with the 'How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days' actress saying, 'It was such a beautiful walk down that time in our lives.'

AceShowbiz - Kate Hudson wished Jimmy Fallon gave her any indication that he had a crush on her. Two years after Fallon admitted to Margot Robbie that he had a crush on Hudson while filming "Almost Famous", the "Bride Wars" actress told the late night host that she would actually say yes if he did ask her out at the time.

The 41-year-old actress took a trip down memory lane during an appearance on "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" on Monday, April 27. "There were so many things that I forgot... that I remembered while we were doing the interview," she discussed the 2000 movie. "It was such a beautiful walk down that time in our lives. What a special experience for everybody that was."

"And then there were relationships that came out of it, which by the way we need to discuss," the "How To Lose a Guy in 10 Days" actress then pointed out, taking Fallon off guard since she was referring to his 2018 interview with Robbie. Upon hearing Hudson's remark, Fallon asked her, "Did you see it?"

As her response, the actress daughter of Goldie Hawn replied, "Yes, are you kidding me? I had like 100 people send me that clip. Can I just tell you what happened to me as I was listening to this? I was like, Jimmy... I had no idea like there was no... like I wish people could have been in our body to watch you and I's relationship and friendship because... you gave me no indication."

When Fallon defended himself by stating, "Well, I gave a little indication, I thought we were good together," Hudson pressed on, "Jimmy, if you would have actually made a move, I would have totally gone there." She added, "I remember thinking to myself, why has Jimmy never made a move? And then I just kind of realized, 'Oh, he's not into me like that.' And so, then I met Chris [Robinson]."

Fallon admitted to Robbie that he once fancied Hudson during a game on his late night show. He confided that instead of making a move, he introduced her to The Black Crowes' Chris Robinson. "We ice skated, maybe three or four times around the rink and I go 'So what are you doing now?' and she's like 'Oh, I gotta go, I have a date with Chris Robinson,' " he said. "And I'm like, 'Oh, of course that's what you're doing,' like ... taking my skates off, crying on the inside."

Hudson ended up marrying Robinson in 2000 and the pair share 16-year-old son, Ryder, together. They, however, split up seven years later.
