An unnamed woman, who claimed she was raped by Brown associate Lowell Grissom, Jr. during a party at the singer's home in February, 2017 has filed to dismiss the case in Los Angeles.
Lawyer Gloria Allred, who was representing the Jane Doe, sued Brown for alleged sexual battery, gender violence, assault, intentional infliction of emotional distress and negligence.
Allred has confirmed that Brown privately settled the lawsuit.
