The 'Machete' actor delivers free meals from his signature Mexican food joint during lunchtime to healthcare workers in Los Angeles amid the coronavirus pandemic.

AceShowbiz - Actor Danny Trejo was on hand to serve meals from his famous Mexican food joint to Los Angeles' frontline healthcare workers on Wednesday, April 15, 2020.

According to TMZ, the star visited USC Verdugo Hills Hospital just before lunchtime, and dished out hundreds of free bowls from his Trejo's Tacos eatery to hospital workers treat patients battling COVID-19 and various other illnesses.

The "Big Kill" actor has apparently been spending the week giving back to those leading the fight against coronavirus, and he kicked off the week serving up more meals for doctors, nurses, administrators, and custodians working at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in California

Numerous stars have been helping support medical staff, with Steven Spielberg's production company, Amblin Entertainment, feeding staff at Providence Saint Joseph Medical Center - Burbank in California earlier this week.

Meanwhile, Robert De Niro, Jennifer Lopez, Lin-Manuel Miranda, Bette Midler, Robin Roberts, and Mariah Carey have all praised healthcare workers on the front lines.
