The Amelia Shepherd depicter on the hit medical drama series reveals he and husband Rob Giles decided to change their baby's moniker four month after birth.

AceShowbiz - Actress Caterina Scorsone has changed her four-month-old baby girl's name after deciding her original middle moniker is a better fit.

Caterina, who plays Amelia Shepherd in hit medical drama "Grey's Anatomy", rang in 2020 by announcing she and her husband, Rob Giles, had welcomed their third daughter.

"Arwen is here!" Scorsone captioned an Instagram photo of the newborn with her big sisters, Paloma and Eliza, on December 31, 2019. "Our family wishes you a happy new year, a happy new decade and a happy heart made new by love in every exquisite moment."

However, in a new Instagram post, the star announced she and Rob have had second thoughts, and will now call Arwen by her middle name instead, writing alongside a snap of the new mum cuddling the tot, "I love my baby. I love books. (By the way, we went with what was her middle name. Lucinda. 'Lucky' for short.)"

Fans were quick to praise the name change - one commenting, "lucky is such a cute name stop (sic)," while another wrote, "So beautiful."

Scorsone wed Giles in 2009, and she announced her latest pregnancy last Halloween, October 31, 2019 with an Addams Family-themed Instagram reveal, telling fans, "Our Family's about to get even kookier. #pumpkinintheoven."
