This Anton Tammi-directed promo comes out after the 'Blinding Lights' hitmaker scores a second consecutive week on the top of Billboard 200 chart with his 'After Hours' album.

AceShowbiz - The Weeknd seems to be losing control of his sobriety in a brand new music video for "Until I Bleed Out". Weeks after dropping his fourth studio album "After Hours", the "Starboy" hitmaker treated fans to a visual for the closing track from the record that sees him getting tipsy and hallucinating.

Unveiled on Tuesday, April 7, the 3-minute video is kicked off with the 30-year-old Canadian singer appearing to be in a daze with blood trickling down his face. "I can't move, I'm so paralyzed/ I'm so paralyzed/ I can't explain why I'm terrified/ I'm so terrified," he sings.

All of sudden, the scene changes showing the ex-boyfriend of Bella Hadid in what seems to be a confetti-filled party. While people around him are having fun, he falls to the ground and the dance floor starts to spin around. "I wanna cut you outta my dreams/ 'Til I'm bleeding out/ 'Til I'm bleeding/ I wanna cut you outta my mind/ 'Til I'm bleeding out/ 'Til I'm bleeding," he croons.

Near the end of the Anton Tammi-directed promo, the musician, whose real name is Abel Makkonen Tesfaye, stumbles as he makes his way out from the party venue. He, however, ends up collapsing in an open land covered by what seemed to be snow. "I keep telling myself I don't need it/ I keep telling myself I don't need it anymore/ Need it anymore," he concludes his rendition.

Just like in the previous promos for "Blinding Lights", "Heartless" and "In Your Eyes", Ariana Grande-collaborator for "Love Me Harder" donned red suit for this music video. He still has his broken nose bandaged, and his face is full of bruises.

With "After Hours", The Weeknd recorded the biggest week of sales for any album in 2020. Debuting atop the Billboard 200 chart, his follow-up to 2018 EP "My Dear Melancholy" collected 444,000 equivalent album units in the U.S. alone in its first week. It continued to dominate the chart the following week by racking in 138,000 equivalent album units.
