The 'Please Me' hitmaker, who has had a fallout with the 'Say So' raptress since last year, has reportedly unfollowed Doja on social media following the latter's rising popularity.

AceShowbiz - Cardi B apparently doesn't want to get an update from one of her foes, Doja Cat. The Grammy Award-winning artist, who has been beefing with the Los Angeles-born star since last year, has reportedly unfollowed Doja on social media.
According to one of Doja's close friends, Cardi might be unfollowing Doja because the former is jealous of the latter's rising popularity. Recently, the 24-year-old star surpassed the Bronx femcee on Spotify and has the second-highest monthly listeners with 29 million amongst female rappers, while Cardi's nemesis Nicki Minaj still holds the title as the most listened female rapper on the platform with 49 million monthly listeners.
The source suspects this is what fuels Cardi's jealousy. The friend tells MTO News, "Cardi is a jealous person. Doja has nothing but love in her heart for Cardi. [Cardi] should work through her jealousy and come join this movement."
Cardi and Doja's rivalry started back in August 2019, after the "I Like It" hitmaker caught wind of Doja's Instagram Live video in which she mocked and imitated Cardi's rap in her single "Press". In the video which was originally posted in July, the "Say So" hitmaker rapped "Press" in an exaggerated low tone and then burst out laughing when reciting the chorus.
Cardi responded to it after DJ Akadmiks reshared the clip. The mother of one clapped back at the "Mooo!" rapper, writing on the comment section of DJ Akadmiks' post, "Do anything for clout ...Moo."
Doja also refused to stay silent, writing back, "@iamcardib @akadmiks/ but this doesn't matter because hatred is more entertaining / I make fun of everybody including myself." She, however, claimed that she admires Cardi, saying, "Not that this song isn't fire-this song is so fuego." She added, "I love Cardi B."
