'AHS' Alum Harry Hains' Cause of Death Revealed

Before his cause of death was revealed by Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner, his mother Jane Badler revealed he 'struggled with mental illness and addiction.'

AceShowbiz - Harry Hains, son of the son of actress Jane Badler, died from accidental fentanyl intoxication, the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner has reported.

Actor, musician and model Harry passed away in January at the age of 27, and the new findings shed light on his passing, after he was laid to rest on 12 January in Los Angeles, California.

Announcing the sad news of her son's passing, Jane took to social media where she opened up on his "struggle with mental illness and addiction", writing: "He was 27 and had the world at his feet... A brilliant spark shone bright too short a time .. I will miss you Harry every day of my life."

Hains started out as a pre-med student in Australia, before relocating to Los Angeles to pursue a career in modelling. He ventured into acting, bagging roles in "The OA", "American Horror Story: Hotel" and "Sneaky Pete", and performed music under the moniker Antiboy.

While born a male, Hains previously said he identified "in the realm of gender fluid," adding that people should "be whatever we want".
