The 32-year-old supermodel shares a picture of her in labor with her first child to highlight woman's strength and her 'greatest accomplishment' in honor of International Women's Day.

AceShowbiz - Ashley Graham is celebrating International Women's Day with a powerful moment in her life. Having always been candid about motherhood and the hurdles that came with it, the 32-year-old supermodel uploaded a photo of her in "the greatest pain I've ever known" on social media to share with fans an empowering message.

In the Instagram post dated Sunday, February 8, the new mother treated her devotees to a look at the exact moment she was in labor with her first child, Isaac Menelik Giovanni. Labeling the expression she made in the picture "the face of my greatest strength," she added that it was "the greatest accomplishment that I've ever achieved."

The wife of Justin Ervin went on, "On this International Women's Day understand that despite whatever pain or trial we have all experienced as women, we are also strong, powerful and capable of accomplishing greatness. Happy International Women's Day! Let's all celebrate our, and each other's strengths today."

Graham has since been praised for her powerful share. "13 Reasons Why" actress Katherine Langford lauded her, "You're amazing," Dominican model Cris Urena commended, "The emotional are so powerful on this photograph," and former Victoria's Secret Angel Helena Christensen could not agree more as she wrote, "Such powers we possess such strength."

Before sharing the labor snap, Graham has also put out a photo of her changing Isaac's diaper at a Staples store. Alongside a photo of her with her newborn on the floor, she noted, "S**t just got real!" She elaborated, "First diaper errands with no restroom in sight! Thank God I remember to put the changing mat in the diaper bag!!!"

Instead of gaining praises for her openness, the Revlon beauty ambassador was met with backlash. Among those criticizing her was Wendy Williams. "Ashley, I like you, but this is not hot, this is sending a bad message," the TV personality said on her show. "I don't want to see this in the store... What I don't want to see is a rich lady doing this then you all thinking you can do this, nope, not cool, not hot."
