AceShowbiz - Rob Kardashian's wish to gain primary custody of his daughter, Dream, did not come true. A judge in Los Angeles has rejected the Arthur George Socks owner's ex parte emergency motion, according to court documents obtained by The Blast.
This, naturally, is a good news to Blac Chyna, who denied the allegation stated in his documents. Her lawyer said of her client in a statement, "Chyna will not back down from Rob and his family's attempt to take away her agreed-upon custody of Dream. She will continue to take all necessary steps to protect her children, including defeating Rob's and his family's latest attempt to undermine Chyna's joy as a mother to Dream and her ability to make a living as a single mother -- without any child support from Rob."
Her lawyer went on to elaborate that Chyna only wanted to "peacefully co-parent" Dream with Rob and that "the current custody arrangement for Dream agreed to by Rob long ago is working perfectly fine. Dream gets to spend very special bonding time with her brother King and also time with her dad, who unquestionably loves his daughter very much."
"There was absolutely no basis for Rob and his sister [Khloe Kardashian] to file an ex parte application with the Court regarding custody of Dream," her lawyer continued, adding the fact that the documents leaked to TMZ had caused Chyna and her nanny to "have suffered significant emotional distress." This was because defamatory lies about the two of them were spread around through the leaked documents.
Meanwhile, a rep for Rob declined to comment.
Rob filed a lawsuit seeking primary custody of Dream last month, alleging that his ex-fiancee is nothing but a dangerous existence for the 3-year-old girl. In the court documents, he accused her of snorting cocaine and partying hard at her home all while Dream was present. He also alleged that Chyna previously chased people around with knives and made violent threats towards people around her among other things.
