David Armstrong-Jones, the Earl of Snowdon, and his estranged wife Serena have issued a statement confirming that they have amicably agreed to end their marriage.

AceShowbiz - British royal the Earl of Snowdon and his wife are to divorce after more than 25 years of marriage.
The late Princess Margaret's son, David Armstrong-Jones, and Serena, the Countess of Snowdon, are to separate, according to the couple's spokesman.
"The Earl and Countess of Snowdon have amicably agreed that their marriage has come to an end and that they shall be divorced," a statement reads. "They ask that the press respect their privacy and that of their family."
The couple wed in 1993 and shares two children, Viscount Linley, Charles Armstrong-Jones and Lady Margarita Armstrong-Jones.
Armstrong-Jones became the second Earl of Snowdon following the death of his father, celebrity photographer Antony Armstrong-Jones, in 2017.
The divorce news comes a week after Queen Elizabeth II's grandson, Peter Phillips, announced he and his wife of 12 years were heading for a permanent split.
A statement released on February 11 read: "After informing HM The Queen and members of both families last year, Peter and Autumn jointly agreed to separate. They had reached the conclusion that this was the best course of action for their two children and ongoing friendship. The decision to divorce and share custody came about after many months of discussions and although sad, is an amicable one."
