Jakobi Wilburn, the rapper's son with Jessica Smith, has been arrested on several charges that include criminal gang activity, criminal trespass and the altered ID of a gun.

AceShowbiz - Things are not looking too good for Jakobi Wilburn. It's been reported that Future's 17-year-old son has been arrested on several charges that included criminal gang activity, criminal trespass and gun possession. Bossip first broke the story.
The site reported that Kobi was found in possession of a gun with the serial numbers scratched off, leading to him being charged of the altered ID of a gun. Even though he is still a teenager, the state of Georgia considers 17-year-old as adults. Thus, if he's convicted, Kobi is facing five to twenty years in prison on the gang activity charge alone.
There's been no further detail on a set court date for Kobi or if he's had any contact with Future. However, he has several co-defendants in the case.
Future has yet to react to the report. Meanwhile, the District Attorney's Office declined to comment.
Kobi is Future's child with Jessica Smith. Back in 2013, she filed a suit against the rapper and accused him of lying about his true net worth to keep his child support payments down. He was paying $1,662 based off his claim he brought in $16,000 a month from work. She said his actual income was in excess of $50,000 and demanded the child support be increased.
Future later blasted his baby mama and demanded her child support request be shut down by the judge. He also said that he never lied about his income and his payments should remain the same. In addition to that, he sought to get joint physical custody of Kobi. After several months of back and forth in court, Future and Jessica finally reached a settlement agreement and the case was closed. Per the deal, the two shared joint custody and Future agreed to pay $2,800 in child support.
