The former reality TV star confesses he has 'probably spent' $1.3 million in court for custody battle with his ex-wife, but vows that he's 'still not gonna give up.'

AceShowbiz - Jon Gosselin has gone candid about how his ex-wife is treating their two children after they chose to live with him. In a new interview posted on YouTube on Sunday, February 2, the former "Jon & Kate Plus 8" star accused Kate Gosselin of alienating Collin Thomas and Hannah Joy from their other siblings.

Speaking to Alec Lace on the "First Class Fatherhood" podcast, the 42-year-old first revealed that his sextuplets were at odds with each other. "Right now, it's very tumultuous, pretty much, because there's no contact between Collin and his other siblings," he claimed. "There is no contact between Collin and his other siblings. There's contact between Hannah and the other siblings."

On how the situation came to be, Jon suggested, "The problem right now is we have parent alienation and we have sibling alienation." He additionally pointed out that when he got sole custody of Collin, his ex-wife has "a no contact" with the 15-year-old teen, "so there's a whole bunch of stuff that happened with him."

Addressing what steps he is taking to deal with the estrangement of his children, the former reality star noted that a guardian ad litem, a third-party appointed by the court, is "trying to alleviate the situation." He himself was "trying to get family therapy through Collin and Hannah's therapist. So that the therapist can talk to the other siblings and try to find some common ground."

When talking about his custody battle with Kate, Jon stated, "I've been going to court for 12 years, so it's not an easy battle. I had shared custody, I lost some kids, I had joint legal, I lost legal, I got legal back." While having gone through nine attorneys and spending probably $1.3 million in court, he will still fight for his children. "I mean, it's a long battle," he said. "I just didn't give up, I'm still not gonna give up."

Jon and Kate ended their 10 years of marriage in 2009. The two of them share eight children together, 19-year-old twins Cara Nicole and Madelyn Kate, and 15-year-old sextuplets, Leah, Joel, Alexis, Aaden, Hannah and Collin.
