The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, who are currently residing in Canada, allegedly 'have started to look at homes online and are in the process of interviewing security teams.'

AceShowbiz - Now that Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are no longer tied to the British royal family, the couple is planning to move around as much as they want. A new report suggests that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are hoping to spend summer in Los Angeles.

The pair, who are currently residing in Canada, allegedly "have started to look at homes online and are in the process of interviewing security teams." A source goes on explaining, "They are getting their ducks in a row and seeing if it's logistically possible."

"They've reached out to people in L.A. and would like to assemble a team of locals," the source adds.

Meghan is said to have a growing list of non-negotiables for her perfect home in her native city. "Meghan would like to be able to do meetings at the house and also be able to host friends and entertain. Those are two things that are important to her," the insider claims. The former "Suits" actress "is hoping to find something that will fit their needs," according to the source.

This arrives after Meghan's dad Thomas Markle pressured and husband Prince Harry into contacting him as soon as possible. Speaking to "Good Morning Britain" on Monday, January 27, Thomas said, "I pretty much will give an interview and wait for 30 days for some kinda answer back. If I don't get one back, then I'll try another interview. That's about the only shot I have."

"After this interview, if I don't hear from someone in 30 days, then I will try again. I don't want to sit in silence in my living room for the rest of my life waiting for someone to get back to me," he continued.

Following the interview, viewers quickly blasted both "Good Morning Britain" and Thomas, saying that the ITV programme only added fuel to the fire. "Thomas Markle - 'This is a family problem and should be solved as a family'. Also Thomas Markle - goes on national tv and makes a documentary about all the private details," one Twitter user wrote.
