The 'Truth Hurts' hitmaker is seemingly still in shock and in disbelief after the little accident, moments after she wins Best Pop Solo Performance at the 2020 Grammys.

AceShowbiz - Lizzo had a little accident backstage after winning a trophy for Best Pop Solo Performance at the 2020 Grammy Awards. The "Juice" raptress was captured in a video blurting out, "I fell and I dropped the Grammy! What the hell!" as she walked backstage moments after collecting the prize.

Seemingly still flustered and in shock after the mishap, she took a second to answer a question from ET's Kevin Frazier who asked her about her feeling after winning the award. "Let me come back to it. I'm above this moment, I'm floating all over the place right now," she said.

"I can't tell you, I'll tell you tomorrow," she added. In a more serious note, she shared, "I feel really humbled and honored and I'm shocked." She struggled to continue her words before adding with a laugh, "I love my mommy."

Asked what she would tell her younger self, who was still struggling to find her way, about her big night at the Grammys, she replied, "She wouldn't believe me. But she would believe in herself and that's all that matters."

Before Lizzo left, the interviewer asked her what happened that caused her to drop her Grammy. Laughing off the flub, she said, "Girl, I tripped." It's unknown though if Lizzo's Grammy was broken or is still in one piece after the accident.

Lizzo won Best Pop Solo Performance for her smash hit "Truth Hurts". In her acceptance speech, she delivered a message that urged people to uplift one another. "We need to continue to reach out," she said. "Let's continue to make music that liberates people."

"If I hadn't reached out, I wouldn't have met my best friends... I don't know where I would be right now -- sleeping in my car?" she continued, before giving a shout-out to collaborators like film director Quinn Wilson, producer Ricky Reed and the Atlantic Records team before concluding her speech with, "Lift each other up!"
