In another video, which is allegedly taken in Washington D.C., the former Boston Celtics player says that someone approached him with a gun when he was walking down the streets.

AceShowbiz - Delonte West isn't doing any better in life ever since he quit being a basketball player. Rather, it looks like his life has just gotten worse as a video has recently surfaced showing the former Boston Celtics player getting beaten up by someone in the streets.

In the Monday, January 20 video, Delonte was seen laying motionless in the middle of a busy road as someone punched and kicked him mercilessly. According to sources, the beat down took place in Washington D.C. In another video, the former basketball player was sitting on the side of the road with his hands cuffed behind his back.

Delonte said that someone approached him with a gun when he was walking down the road. But when he was asked to further detail about the incident, he repeatedly said, "I don't give a f**k," and started ranting.

Delonte has sparked concern over his well-being for several years now, ever since he was seen walking around in Houston without any shoes on back in 2016. Last year, a photo of him looking broke and homeless went viral on social media, prompting his cousin to speak up and clear the air. "This is my mother with my cousin Delonte West facts. He has struggled with Mental Health his entire life along with battling multiple media speculated accusations," he said at the time. "For the protection of my family and his life. I ask that you please not crucify him."

Delonte has been struggling with bipolar disorder for a long time, as his brother Dmitri said. He previously spoke about the star's mental health, "Delonte West is not crazy, he is not on drugs. I don't know what exactly is going on in his mind but I can tell you that he is safe and he's doing OK. My family are trying to get him the best professional help that's out there, the best that they can afford."
