The Duchess of Sussex is driving herself to Victoria International Airport in Vancouver, Canada in a Land Rover Discovery to pick up her friend, Heather Dorak.

AceShowbiz - Meghan Markle is fully embracing her independent life in her home country of Canada amid the Royal family drama. She has recently been spotted driving herself to Victoria International Airport in a Land Rover Discovery in Vancouver to pick up a friend.
In some photos obtained by Daily Mail, the Duchess of Sussex was all smiles when she was pictured behind the wheel of the car with a male companion who appeared to be a security guard sitting beside her. Unlike the usual outfits people saw during her royal duties, Meghan looked totally carefree and casual in a coat, black beanie and dark sunglasses.
It's believed that she was there to pick up her good friend Heather Dorak, who is the founder of Pilates Platinum. Heather and her husband Matt Cohen attended the "Suits" alum's wedding with Prince Harry in 2018.
Meghan has been spending her time in Canada ever since she and Harry shockingly announced their plans to "step back" from their role as senior royals. Just a few days ago, she was photographed boarding a seaplane that took her from the Vancouver Island to Vancouver. The mother of one also stopped by "one of the busiest women's centers in the country." DEWC shared a photo of staffers posing with Meghan, who opted for a lowkey style in an off-white sweater, black pants and brown boots.
"Look who we had tea with today!" read the caption of the image posted on DEWC's Facebook account. "The Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle, visited us today to discuss issues affecting women in the community."
While Meghan is in Canada with her son Archie, her husband Harry remains in England to attend various meetings. He has met with Queen Elizabeth, Prince Charles and Prince William to discuss his future.
