Showrunner Peter Gould confirms at AMC panel during the Television Critics Association winter press tour that the crime drama series has been renewed for its final season.

AceShowbiz - AMC's "Better Call Saul" has been renewed for one last run in 2021.

The cast of the crime drama series appeared at the network's panel during the Television Critics Association winter press tour on Thursday, January 16, where showrunner Peter Gould confirmed the news.

"From day one of 'Better Call Saul' my dream was to tell the complete story of our complicated and compromised hero, Jimmy McGill (aka Saul Goodman) - now AMC and Sony are making that dream come true," he said.

"We couldn't be more grateful to the fans and critics who are making this journey possible. Next month we start work on the sixth and final season - we're going to do our damnedest to stick the landing."

The show's sixth and final season, starring Bob Odenkirk, Jonathan Banks, and Rhea Seehorn, will feature 13 episodes, with series five set to air later this year.
