Kendall Jenner and her younger sister Kylie are facing a copyright infringement lawsuit from a clothing company over the designs of their underwear line.

AceShowbiz - Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner are being sued by lace production company Klauber Bros., Inc. after the siblings allegedly used one of its designs in their underwear line.

The company, which designs two-dimensional artwork for purpose of lace production, claimed in legal papers obtained by TMZ that the sisters infringed upon copyright it owns on one of its designs, which they went on to use in their underwear collections.

According to the organisation, Kylie Thong Panties uses one of Klauber's lace patterns on its waistband, while a lacy garment from the siblings' Kylie + Kendall lingerie line also replicates a design.

In the suit, Klauber says the sisters' companies are cashing in on its copyrighted designs by selling their garments in Nordstrom and on Kylie Shop, her online store, without permission.

Company bosses are seeking to be reimbursed with all the profits collected by the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" stars on designs which use the allegedly copycat lace.

Kendall and Kylie have yet to respond to the allegations.
