The wife of Ozzy Osbourne is calling her co-host on daytime show 'The Talk' a liar after the latter insists that she doesn't wear Spanx under her stage wardrobe.

AceShowbiz - Sharon Osbourne challenged Marie Osmond to prove she wasn't wearing shapewear on their U.S. TV show "The Talk" after accusing the singer of lying.

The daytime co-hosts were discussing late night comedian James Corden's New Year's resolution to go without Spanx on TV at least once in 2020, when Sharon admitted she relies on the sculpting underwear every single day.

"I cannot live without them," she declared on Tuesday (January 14). "I am addicted, my body's addicted to them. If I could, I would sleep with them! I go to the beach with them on, everything...! It just holds it (fat) in and stops it from wiggly-jiggling. It's fabulous!"

Her high praise for the undergarments wasn't shared by Marie, who admitted she struggles to perform in such tight-fitting attire.

"I think they make you feel like a stuffed sausage, but you really can't breathe in them when you sing, and things like that," she said, indicating she doesn't wear them onstage. "I just can't breathe."

Stunned by Marie's remark, Sharon retorted, "Get out of here, you're full of it! You don't wear anything under (your stage wardrobe)?"

When Marie shook her head no, Sharon motioned to her growing nose, suggesting the singer was lying, just like children's character Pinocchio.

"I don't say I've never worn them," the "Paper Roses" hitmaker explained, as Sharon continued, "You're not wearing anything (shapewear) now?"

"No, I'm not," replied Marie, who is a spokesperson for diet firm Nutrisystem.

Sharon then made the nose gesture once more, prompting Marie to walk over to her fellow panellist and lift up the side of her skirt, away from the cameras, to prove she wasn't wearing the form-fitting underwear to cinch in her waist and smooth out her figure.

"You have a bodice on!" Sharon exclaimed as she ran her hands over Marie's back and waist.

"I have a bra!" Marie protested, adding, "I didn't say my bra isn't a corset. I have to wear a bra."

Sharon then happily lifted up her shirt to reveal her lacy black shapewear, much to the amusement of her co-hosts and the studio audience, as the show cut to a commercial to end the awkward back-and-forth.
