Los Angeles County Coroner's Office has ruled Christopher Dennis' passing as an accident after he was found dead in a clothing donations bin back in November last year.

AceShowbiz - Hollywood Boulevard's Superman, Christopher Dennis, suffocated to death while high on drugs, coroners have ruled.

The 52-year-old, who had spent 25 years entertaining tourists by posing as Clark Kent's alter ego, was found dead in a clothing donations bin back in November (2019), and now officials at the Los Angeles County Coroner's Office have ruled his passing an accident.

According to the medical report, obtained by TMZ, Dennis - who bore an uncanny resemblance to late "Superman" star Christopher Reeve - suffered blunt force trauma to his head and neck and suffocated after becoming trapped inside the metal donation box.

Authorities also list methamphetamine toxicity as a significant factor in his demise.

Dennis, who appeared in the 2007 documentary "Confessions of a Superhero", had been left homeless after becoming the victim of an assault, and had been looking for a permanent residence at the time of his death.
